PHYSIOTHERAPY POZNAŃ

Olympic-level physiotherapy. Available to everyone.

I combine Western physiotherapy with Chinese medicine to treat pain effectively and restore movement. 15 years of experience, including the Polish Olympic Team at Tokyo 2020.

Who I help

Three groups of patients make up most of my practice:

Office workers (30–50) with back, neck, and shoulder pain from desk work. The most common group — and the one that responds fastest to treatment.

Recreational athletes — runners, gym-goers, cyclists, CrossFit enthusiasts. Sports injuries, overuse syndromes, safe return to training.

Post-surgical patients — ACL reconstruction, shoulder, spine, hip rehabilitation. An evidence-based plan to get you back to full function.

If you see yourself in one of these groups, you're in the right place.

After months of back pain that stopped me from working normally at my desk, Paweł had me back to full function in just 4 sessions. Precise diagnosis, clear explanations, and effective treatment. Highly recommended.

Anna K.

Patient — spinal pain

I returned to running after knee surgery faster than anyone expected. Paweł didn't just know what to do — he explained every step. I felt like a partner in the process, not just another patient.

Marcin T.

Patient — ACL rehabilitation

As a CrossFit athlete, I've seen many physiotherapists over the years. Paweł is a completely different level — combining Western physiotherapy with Chinese medicine techniques. The results are incomparable.

Karolina W.

Patient — recreational athlete

Frequently asked questions

How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the problem. Acute injuries (e.g. sprains) typically need 3–5 sessions. Chronic conditions like long-standing back pain usually require 6–10. After the first appointment, I'll give you a concrete plan — no guesswork.
Do you accept health insurance?
I run a private practice only. You can book directly through Booksy or by phone — no referral needed, no waiting lists.
What's the difference between a PRO Session and a standard treatment?
The PRO Session is for patients who want a deeper understanding of their condition. It includes a full biomechanical assessment, the same protocols I used with Olympic athletes, a written treatment plan (PDF), and personalised exercise videos. It's not meant for every visit — it's designed for complex cases or when previous treatments haven't worked.
Do you use acupuncture?
Yes, but only when it genuinely improves outcomes — not as a routine add-on. I studied Chinese medicine in Shanghai and combine acupuncture with physiotherapy when the evidence supports it for your specific case.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Comfortable clothing that allows me to assess the affected area. If you have imaging results (MRI, X-ray, ultrasound), bring those too. The history, assessment, and plan are my job.
Do I need a referral?
No referral needed. Book through Booksy or by phone. I see patients Monday to Friday 8:00–20:00 and Saturday 9:00–14:00.
