The Website is informational in nature and presents the physiotherapy and Chinese medicine services offered by GraMedica.

Booking appointments
Appointments at GraMedica can be made via:
- The contact form on this website
- Direct phone or email contact
- The Booksy platform (where available)
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Late arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.
Pricing and payments
Current pricing is available on the Services page. GraMedica reserves the right to update pricing with at least 7 days' notice for new bookings.
Payment is due on the day of the appointment — by cash or card (subject to terminal availability).
Visit packages are valid for the period stated in their description. Unused sessions that expire within the validity period are non-refundable.
Intellectual property
All content on this Website — text, images, graphics, and logos — is the property of GraMedica or is used with the permission of the relevant rights holders.
Copying, distributing, or using Website content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of GraMedica is prohibited.
Changes to these terms
GraMedica reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Changes take effect upon publication of the updated version on the Website.
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by applicable Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
