ABOUT
A physiotherapist shaped by four countries and two medical traditions
I've worked with Olympic athletes at Tokyo 2020, FC Porto, and studied Chinese medicine in Shanghai. Now I bring all of that to my private practice in Poznań.
Where it started
Like most physiotherapists, it started with a fascination with the human body — movement, sport, helping people recover. Early clinical experience in Poland, work with athletes, the gradual realisation that standard physiotherapy was only part of the picture.
Moving to Portugal to work with FC Porto was the turning point. Working inside one of Europe's top football clubs showed me what physiotherapy at the highest level actually looks like — rapid return-to-play protocols, precise diagnostics, constant pressure to deliver results. It was a different world.
But I wanted more. I'd seen the limits of Western physiotherapy. I decided to go to China.
A journey through four countries
A year in Shanghai changed my understanding of the body and pain. Studying Chinese medicine — acupuncture, needling, a holistic approach to health — gave me tools that Western physiotherapy simply doesn't have. You can't learn this from textbooks. You have to experience it.
After China, I worked in Malta before the biggest moment of my career: joining the coaching staff of the Polish Olympic Team.
Tokyo 2020. Working with athletes competing for Olympic medals is an entirely different experience. The standards are the highest they can be, and the pressure is real. I learned more in that period than in many years combined.
Today I run GraMedica in Poznań — a private practice where every patient receives the same level of attention and care I gave to Olympic athletes. Because every person's pain deserves a professional approach.

What makes GraMedica different
There are many physiotherapists in Poznań. But very few have worked with Olympic athletes, spent a year studying Chinese medicine in Shanghai, and built their experience at FC Porto.
This isn't about prestige — it's about depth of clinical repertoire. When standard approaches don't work, I have tools that most practitioners simply don't. Acupuncture, dry needling, specialised manual techniques, elite sports rehabilitation protocols — combined and applied individually for each patient.
I run the practice alone. That means every appointment gets my full time and focus — no assistants, no rushing, no "next patient please."
Why patients choose GraMedica
Individual attention
Every patient has a different pain story. I listen, assess, and choose methods for the specific person — not the diagnosis on a referral.
Olympic experience
Working with the Polish Olympic Team and Tokyo 2020 taught me how to return athletes to full function quickly and safely. I apply those same protocols to every patient.
Chinese medicine
One of very few physiotherapists in Poland with formal training in Chinese medicine. Acupuncture and dry needling applied where the evidence supports it for your case.
Transparent treatment
I always explain what I'm doing and why. You leave the clinic with knowledge, not just relief. The plan is yours to understand.
